What’s Included in Both Packages

Every rental comes with the following amenities to ensure your event runs smoothly:

• For the Author: One 6ft table and a comfortable chair.

• For your Guests: 56 premium chairs equipped with memory foam seat cushions.

• Ambiance & Tech: A TV for displays, a cozy fireplace, and customizable dimmable lighting.

• Kitchen Access: A refrigerator and microwave are available on-site for your food and refreshment needs.

• 2-Hour Event: $150

• 3-Hour Event: $250

• Optional Decor Upgrade: $150 (Includes professional table covers, chair covers, and chair sashes)
