Entry Level Resume - the entry level resume focuses on unpaid positions, from volunteer work to extracurricular activities in order to build up the candidate's experience and demonstrate his/her responsibility. Accomplishments are emphasized in lieu of work experience. The ideal resume for a high school or college student.
Professional Resume - a compilation of one's education, work experience, accomplishments and credentials. Usually 2+ years of work experience.
Cover letter - a document sent with the resume to provide additional information on one's skills and experience. The letter provides detailed information and provides an explanation on why one is qualified for the job he/she is applying for.
